In these last few months, I find myself being more sensitive than ever.
I, of course, am not alone. Many people across the globe are feeling that their emotions such as uncertainty, anguish, anger, fear, desolation, depression, despair, stress have intensified.
That said, it may be difficult to even recognize what we are feeling, let alone to begin properly processing them.
As a result, we unconsciously accumulate blockages in the body which in the long run can translate into physical discomforts, insomnia, irritability, low energy, diseases, hypersensitivity, depression, anxiety, loss of interest and motivation, etc.
We all need effective yet easy & accessible tools that can help us recognize, process, and release emotions before it explodes and renders us nonfunctional.
We need a way to directly deal with them without negatively affecting our relationships or our health.
This is where Freedom in Motion comes in.
Held through live-stream sessions lasting one hour and fifteen minutes each, you’ll learn how to recognize, acknowledge, and process these emotions in a safe and healthy way.
Accompanied by the power of music and conscious breathing, I will guide you through one of my favorite techniques, Primal Dance (Primordial Movement).
It is not choreography. In fact, it requires no dance experience whatsoever.
